Visiting Yorktown

Can I visit the school or classroom?

For the safety and security of our school, and to avoid disruption of instructional time, all visitors must first report to the Main Office and sign in. All visitors must wear an Identification Badge, available at the sign-in desk, while in the school; visitors are asked to sign out before leaving.

Any parent wanting to visit a student’s class should contact the teacher at least 24 hours in advance.

An administrator or designated person may accompany the classroom visitor to facilitate interacting, protect confidentiality of student information, and answer any questions during the visit.
