Yield: 8 Biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 cups Baking Mix (Bisquick)
- ½ cup cold water
- ¾ cup grated, sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup butter or margarine
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- ½ tsp garlic salt or garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Method of Preparation
- Preheat oven to 450º
- Combine baking mix, cheese and water. Stir until water is incorporated. (may appear a bit dry)
- Drop by large spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet
- Bake 8-10 minutes.
- While biscuits are baking, melt the butter then add the parsley flakes, garlic salt and Italian seasoning.
- After baking, while hot, brush melted butter mixture on the biscuits.
