Cheese Biscuits

Cheese BiscuitsYield: 8 Biscuits


  • 2 cups Baking Mix (Bisquick)
  • ½ cup cold water
  • ¾ cup grated, sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • ½ tsp garlic salt or garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

Method of Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450º
  2. Combine baking mix, cheese and water. Stir until water is incorporated. (may appear a bit dry)
  3. Drop by large spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet
  4. Bake 8-10 minutes.
  5. While biscuits are baking, melt the butter then add the parsley flakes, garlic salt and Italian seasoning.
  6. After baking, while hot, brush melted butter mixture on the biscuits.
