Undocumented Students: Students who are undocumented can enroll in college at many schools across the country and in Virginia. Students who are undocumented may have eligibility issues for in state tuition and  federal student aid.

Undocumented Virginia residents are now eligible for in-state tuition!!  Check with each college financial aid office for more information.   Basic requirements for eligibility: undocumented students are eligible for in-state tuition, as long as they’ve lived in Virginia for at least two years, and they or their parents filed taxes.
