Young Economist Club

The aim of the Young Economist Club is to give students exposure to the field of economics and allow students with a shared interest in economics a place to meet. Students discuss how economies work, economic issues, and how economics affects personal lives. Students also learn about personal finance, providing valuable knowledge to benefit future decision making.  Participation in the Young Economist Club may also help students decide if an economics-related major might be of interest to pursue. The club plans to participate in an investing competition and teach students at middle schools the joy of economics.
