First Day of School

What happens on the first full day of school?

On the first full day of school, ninth graders begin school at the regular time. Buses for ninth graders will pick students up at the regularly scheduled time. Ninth graders here earlier so we can welcome them and help them get acclimated to Yorktown.

School starts for all other students at 10:20 AM.
School ends at the regular time for all at 3:10 PM.
