Accessing YouTube
Yorktown does not directly apply or have control over the filters applied to YouTube. However here are some specifics that help when trying to connect.

- High School Students and APS staff should have access to YouTube via their MyAccess@APS Google Apps for Education Account
- When trying to access it you must be on the APS wifi network (when at school).
- When trying to access YouTube you must ONLY be on your APS Google Account, not a personal Gmail account. Make sure you log out of all other Google accounts as for some reason that can interfere as well.
- If there happens to be specific videos, channels, or sections of YouTube that are blocked, this is a result of our external filters. If this is the case, teachers can submit requests to look deeper into the issue.
